Change Font Color of Windows Desktop

1. go to regedit
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/CONTROL PANEL/COLORS
3. In Background, change the value from 0 0 0 to 255 255 255
4. Log-out or restart the server to see the change.
